Hyogo Setsugetsuka (Kobe beef)

One of the best 3 premium beef in japan. Only heifers and castrated Tajima cattle which are raised in Hyogo Prefecture, passing the strict quality check (judged on the quality of lean body and the fat called ’’sashi) deserve the title of “Kobe Beef”. Kobe beef is loved as “Wagyu” throughout the world.
