As this shop is located next to a somen factory, visitors can enjoy the experience of making somen, and try their hand at dividing the noodles with long chopsticks, a process which is used to release and seperate the noodles before drying them out. This experience can also be combined with a meal. Guests who choose this option can try the freshly made noodle dishes at the factory. Reservations are required.
